At Cabesota, we distinguish ourselves mainly by our wide selection of traditional cheesessuch as the cured cheeses CabeSota semi-cured and semi-cured cheeses, as well as our most special delicacies, such as Provençal cheese, rosemary cheese, paprika cheese or chili cheese, all of them made in-house and using traditional procedures typical of La Mancha.

But in our online cheese store we not only offer artisan cheeses, but we have gone further and we have selected other gourmet products that you will love: selected wines, craft beer, gourmet preserves, jams, artisan honey… Available for purchase individually as well as in baskets and packs.

Most of our delicatessen products are from La Mancha, from Campo de Calatrava, but we also have selected products from other areas of Spain and the world.

All, of course, suitable to accompany our sheep cheese, of which we also offer a lactose-free version.

We work online to facilitate the arrival of our cheese from La Mancha to places all over Spain, but we also have a physical store, where you can come to give a taste to your senses and see our cheeses in person. We are located at Carretera Daimiel 43A, in Bolaños de Calatrava (13260), Ciudad Real.
