Semicured cheese

Semi-cured cheese is the favorite cheese of cheese lovers who are not looking for the big, powerful and intense flavors that are present in cured cheese. This type of cheese has a drier texture than soft cheese, but retains more water than the cured cheese, as it matures for two to three months.
