Pairing
Ideal to pair with young fruity wines such as tempranillo or garnacha, which could contrast with the sweetness of the black garlic, with red wines with medium aging to complement the ripening of the cheese.

A bolder option would be to use port or natural sweet wine to bring out the sweet nuances of the black garlic.
