Virginia Chacón López has managed Cabesota since 2019 together with her brother Lorenzo. As a Computer Engineering student at the Higher School of Computer Science in Ciudad Real, she created the family cheese dairy’s website that same year to modernise the business and adapt it to the times. Alongside computing and cheese, her passions are music and theatre. She played the clarinet in the Santa Cecilia municipal band for 12 years and completed a course in Spanish theatre and comedy at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Over recent years, Virginia has taken numerous courses in computing, the environment and food handling to develop her interests together. She is currently completing her university degree while co-managing the family business and contributing to publications on the website.
